Harry

Harry Edward Styles is an English singer, songwriter, and musician. He was part of One Direction. Born at Holmes Chapel (Cheshire), England the 1st of February 1994, Harry Styles is the son of Des Styles, and Anne Cox. Harry Styles attended the Holmes Chapel Comprehensive school. There, with three other students, he formed his musical group, White Eskimo. They participated in the Battle of Bands where thanks to their outstanding performances, they won. Though he's been fascinated by music, despite his passion, he was contemplating becoming a lawyer or physical therapist. He was employed in a local bakery as a part-time job to help their family in financial matters. Harry Styles auditioned for The X Factor in 2010 and was a part of Is not She Lovely, one of the Stevie Wonder song. He was selected. The group was then forced to disband due to the fact that they were selected. In the course of auditioning on The X Factor the jury Nicole Scherzinger suggested that Harry Styles would be part of an upcoming group which would be named One Direction along with Liam Payne Zayn Malik Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson. Simon Cowell sponsored the young group in 2010. The group performed the Kelly Clarkson song My Life Would Be Sucky Without You as well as Bonnie Tyler's Total Eclipse of the Heart during the competition, which made them one of the top contenders. The group was placed third behind Rebecca Ferguson and winner Matt Cardle. Harry Styles, his group as well as Cowell failed to take home the race. However, Cowell gave Harry Styles a 2 million pounds contract with Syco.
