The song reached the top spot at 19 on both the Canadian Hot 100 and Billboard Hot 100. Even Rolling Stone named it one of the best songs of the year. The same year, she released Know It All. Scars to Your Beautiful is one of the five tracks that were the first to reach Billboard's charts. In her Rap-Up interview fans discussed Cara's journey to self-love and the doubts she faced. Cara's music is known to be filled with messages of kindness self-love, self-love and mental wellness.
